Located in an old olive oil mill, the gastronomic restaurant "Au Moulin Gourmand" offers Mediterranean cuisine derived from fresh products grown locally and prepared in harmony with the seasons.
"Master Restaurateur" Philippe Anzallo graciously welcomes guests into the convivial atmosphere of "Au Moulin Gourmand".
THE MENU ON OFFER AT AU MOULIN GOURMAND
Tastings are offered through menu dishes and two set menus: "Tasting" and "Gourmand".
The "Gourmand" menu set consists of the following entrees: crème brûlée of tomato and pepper, cod brandade and tile with pesto or balsamic jelly, eggplant caviar, chantilly of courgette on toast or duck foie gras and fig jam;
Its main course features either baby duck filet with honey; or steak Camargue Taurus certified on appellation; or lamb prepared in two ways – either ‘ribs’ or shoulder cuts slow cooked over seven hours;
Dessert features country goat cheese or desserts from menu.
The entree of the "Gourmand" menu set is a piece of country pâté with olives or zucchinis papeton with goat cheese;
On the plate: fish of the day with its virgin sauce or veal chops with cherry tomatoes and Provençal herbs;
For dessert: country goat cheese or desserts selected from the menu.
In desserts, the choice is varied among the cappuccino mousse on a dark chocolate cake,
The macaroon nun with milk chocolate and cherry, the millefeuille of speculos and its creams with the two lemons and the ice creams and sherbets of artisanal manufacture.
The restaurant is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday :
from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Open on Thursday in the evening from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Closed on Sundays from November to March.
